Born at the crossroads between quality engineering and the human and social sciences, Qalia Performance was founded on a strong conviction: an organisation’s performance is not limited to its processes, it also relies on its human dynamics.
From the very beginning, Qalia has specialised in consulting, auditing and training in quality management, supporting industrial companies with high requirements (aeronautics, nuclear, automotive, medical devices, space).
