Your role:
You take on the role of a subject-matter expert from Nucleo Dynamics or Quantum Technologies.
Your mission: identify critical requirements, select appropriate measuring equipment, conduct risk analysis and ensure metrological traceability.
Phoenix Corp mandates you to demonstrate your ability to control measurement in accordance with ISO 10012 — a decisive condition for being selected for the industrialisation phase of the Solariom project.
EN 9100: Structuring a Quality System for High-Requirement Environments
The context:
To meet the requirements of a strategic customer, Nucleo Dynamics must evolve its ISO 9001 Quality Management System towards EN 9100 compliance.
This higher level of requirement calls for expert support.
Your role:
As a consultant within Lyra or NovaSyn, you analyse the existing system, identify normative gaps, propose structured improvement actions and lead the organisation’s maturity progression.
Throughout the mission, unexpected events will challenge your decisions and test the robustness of your recommendations.
Your expertise is the key driver of this transformation’s success.
EN 9100 Auditor: Assessing System Compliance and Performance
The context:
Nucleo Dynamics’ management system is now operational. An independent assessment is required to verify its compliance, effectiveness and maturity against EN 9100 requirements.
Your role:
You assume the responsibility of an EN 9100 auditor.
You prepare and conduct the audit, carry out interviews with rigour, analyse documentary and on-site evidence, and formulate well-argued findings: compliance, minor deviation or major non-conformity.
At the conclusion of the audit, you determine whether Nucleo Dynamics is fit to hold EN 9100 certification.
