What is an audit?

Internal auditing is a tool used to assess both the level of compliance and effectiveness of a management system (QMS, EMS, SMS) against standard requirements, while also identifying improvement opportunities.

What is a Quality Auditor?

A Quality Auditor performs a formal and independent evaluation of a procedure, process, service, activity or entire management system.
They play a key role in organisational quality strategies and contribute to continuous improvement.
